How to Make Fruit Flavored Butter

Homemade fruit flavored butter is a great way to incorporate fruit into your daily breakfast, lunch, or dinner routine. These fruit flavored butter recipes are easy to make and fun to try. Give one a shot and let us know what you think.

Orange Butter Recipe

This orange butter recipe is so easy to make, you probably won't even believe it. Just take 1/2 cup of (soft) butter, a tablespoon of orange juice, and one teaspoon of grated orange peels, and put them all together in a bowl. Blend it all together (either in a blender, or by hand in a bowl) and there you have it: delicious orange butter to put on muffins, toast, bread, or to bake with!

Strawberry Butter Recipe

Another really simple and easy way to enjoy fruit: make strawberry butter! It's just like the orange butter recipe, but you use strawberries instead. Take about 2 cups of strawberries, a cup of soft butter, and a half cup of powdered sugar and put all the ingredients into a bowl or a blender. If you are using a blender, blend everything together on high until the butter is smooth and creamy. If you're blending by hand, use a wooden spoon to whip everything together until it's creamy.

Tip: You can leave some small chunks of strawberry in the butter for a fruity buttery treat! You can spread it on english muffins, bagels, or use it to bake pancakes.

Blueberry Butter Recipe

This blueberry butter is yummy and comes out looking delicious enough to eat all by itself, although we don't suggest that. This blueberry flavored butter is easy to make, and the only difference is it's suggested to use an electric mixer in your mixing bowl. Take 1 teaspoon of Confectioners sugar, 2 ounces of soft butter, and 1/4 cup of blueberries and put everything together in a large bowl. Use a fork to crush the blueberries, this will get them spread thoroughly throughout the butter. Then, using your electric mixer, beat it all together until it's creamy.

Tip: Try baking a vanilla or yellow cake using this blueberry butter instead of regular butter for a yummy change of pace. And of course, be sure to let us know how it tasted in the comments!
