Congratulations to the Chiquita Banana Sticker Design Contest Winners!

On June 21st, we launched the Chiquita Banana Sticker Design Contest (a first-ever for us) and asked you to take our iconic blue sticker and make it your own. And boy, did you! Over 1,300 submissions later, we were tasked with choosing the top 50 finalists. It was difficult with so many great designs but we managed to narrow it down. Then, over the next three weeks, we asked you to vote for your favorite designs. Now, voting is over and you’ve picked the 18 final winners. We want to thank all of you: entrants, finalists, voters and grand prize winners, for your participation, fantastic designs, and wonderful creativity.

Where can you get your hands on these one-of-a-kind contest-winning stickers? From November 2010 through December 2010, these little blue masterpieces will be featured on Chiquita Bananas nationwide. You can see them at your local grocer and even at your favorite Starbucks, so be sure to grab a hand (of bananas, of course) and collect your favorites. In the meantime, you can view all of the winning Chiquita banana sticker designs and even read up on how our featured artists came up with their ideas. From sail boats to banana zippers to bananas on a trampoline, we are so impressed with these wacky, fun, and 100% original Chiquita designs.
