I love bananas and I'm always looking for ways to add them with other foods to create new recipes. After bananas, pumpkins are my next favorite. This fruit, like bananas is so nutritious for you and works so well in so many recipes. Of course I've added these two favorites together to make some great delicious and nutritious creations.

Tristann’s Pump-ana Smoothie Recipe
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 Organic Chiquita banana, frozen and broken into chunks
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup pure pureed canned pumpkin (not pie mix)
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice Natural sweetener of your choice (i.e. Stevia, honey or agave)
- 4-6 ice cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy and have a banana bright day!
